Plans and billing.
What counts toward the monthly quotes and invoices?
A document counts once, when it is approved and gets its number. Drafts and documents waiting for approval don't count. Months follow your organization's time zone.
What if I downgrade and I'm over a limit?
Nothing is removed. Your team members, products and documents stay as they are; you just can't add more of what is over the limit until you're back under it or upgrade.
Who can see my data?
The members of your organization, with the access their role allows, and the people you send documents to. Each organization's data is kept separate in the database, and our admin tools do not show your customers or documents. A document you share can be opened only with its link and its access code. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Do you charge my customers?
No. Kabkan doesn't process your customers' payments. You record the payments you receive.
Is there a mobile app?
Android and iOS apps are in the works and will use the same plans. Until then, Kabkan works in your phone's browser.
Are quotes and invoices legal fiscal invoices?
Kabkan creates commercial quotes and invoices. They are not government-certified fiscal or tax invoices. You remain responsible for local tax filings and rules.
